An endurance athlete running along a mountain road

The story of RegenFitness

Male fitness enthusiast performing kettlebell squats during leg day at the gym.

A Bio-hacking Mission

RegenFitness started as a passion project for me - a certified bio-hacking enthusiast. I loved the aspect of hybrid training, one day powerlifting, another endurance day running, and so on. But my body often couldn't keep up with my willingness to train. So I set out on one mission - to optimise my ability to train most effectively.

All my research led me to one conclusion - recovery is king. After learning about the benefits of temperature therapy from the likes of Dr. Andrew Huberman, it was just a case of putting these lessons into practice.

Putting it into Practice

I started with a sauna after training. The intense heat boosted circulation and delivered oxygen-rich blood to my depleted muscles, vastly improving my recovery time.

On the opposite end of the spectrum - ice baths. I included ice baths in the mornings for all the positive mental benefits. Not only did it provide a long-lasting rush of dopamine that elevated my mood throughout the day, but I also developed the mental resilience that allowed me to develop one skill key to pusing my training to the next level - learning to be comfortable being uncomfortable.

Although, there were some issues...

Bringing Recovery Tech Home

Traveling to a gym with a sauna was inconvenient and expensive. Filling up my bathtub with ice-cold water was just as inconvenient. And something was missing.

My legs took a particular beating, whilst my upper body could rest on run days, the combination of squats in the gym and long endurance runs had my legs in a constant state of soreness. That's when I found the last piece of the puzzle to complete the holy trinity of recovery - compression therapy.

This is where RegenFitness was born, with one core goal in mind - to give everyone the ability to optimise their training in the easiest way possible.
Sourcing the best materials and technologies, we developed the Regen product range so that every amateur athlete can train as hard as the professionals.
