How much does delivery cost?
UK shipping is absolutely free!
International shipping can vary depending on your region, and rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
Free shipping is not always applicable for international orders and shipping costs will vary by region and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are.
UK shipping is typically between 1 and 3 working days. Once an order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping provider to deliver within the specified time frame.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

Returns & Refunds
What if i'm not happy with my product?
If something isn't quite right, contact us straight away on our 'Contact Us' page.
Depending on the issue, we normally can offer an immediate replacement or refund.
How long after purchasing my product can I return or get a refund?
We offer a 30 grace period from point of order for returning items.
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchasing the item. If the item is unopened and unused and you initiate the refund claim within 24 hours then you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
You may not be eligible for a refund where your product has been used, damaged, or the damage is not covered by your warranty.
Is returns shipping free?
If your order included free shipping, then return shipping is free.
If your order did not include free shipping, then all shipping costs (including returns) are the responsibility of the customer.
